The Dwight Kessel Metropolitan Parking Garage is located at the corner of Hill Avenue and State Street in downtown Knoxville.  It provides parking for 960 vehicles and is a major parking facility for downtown employees on the south end of Gay Street.  The facility is named for former Knox County Executive Dwight Kessel.
