The Locust Street Parking Garage is located at the corner of Locust Street and Union Avenue.  It is owned by the City of Knoxville and provides 650 parking spaces to downtown workers.  It is the major parking facility supporting events at the Knoxville Convention Center and World's Fair Park.  A pedestrian bridge directly across the street  provides convenient access to the convention center and park.
