Old Knox County Courthouse
300 Main Street

The Old Knox County Courthouse was built in 1885.  The building is considered an excellent example of Queen Anne Revival Architecture.  Through the years the original building was expanded to meet the growing needs of the citizens of Knox County.  In 1989 a restoration of the building was completed.

The Courthouse continues to serve the citizens of Knox County and has been placed on the National Register of Historic Places.
