Scope

The proposed park is located in North Knox County.  It will consist of approximately 100 acres of core park activities and 75 acres of natural trails. 

Budget

Total Project Budget:  $3,812,500

Schedule

The park is scheduled to be complete by June 2008.

Status

Merit Construction has been hired as the Construction Manager.  A groundbreaking was held October 8, 2007. The project has been bid out and all proposals are within budget.  The project will move forward with site grade upon receiving permits.
