UT Build-Out at Burlington Library

 Scope

 The Burlington Library, located at 4614 Asheville Hwy. has approximately 6,000 S.F. of retail space           adjoined to the west. This space is planned to be built-out by the County for the University of Tennessee to have outreach programs for the College of Nursing, Architecture, Business and Education/Health/Human Sciences within this area.  

 Budget

 Total Project Budget:  $250,000

 Schedule

 Facility is scheduled to be complete by the end of January 2008.

 Status

 Work has begun on the project and will be complete in 8-10 weeks.  The University will be leasing 3,865  S.F. from Knox County.
