Brian Boothe

After a 25-year career as a Chef and Caterer in the Canadian Prairies, Brian made a career change and sought a fresh start in East Tennessee. A Navy submarine veteran and dedicated family man, Brian joined the PBA in December 2015 as a Parking Enforcement Officer.

Over the past decade, Brian has steadily risen through the ranks of the Security & Life Safety Division, serving as both a Sergeant and Lieutenant within the On-Street Parking Enforcement Unit. Along the way, he has also served as the State Certified Training Instructor for the Security & Life Safety team, providing instruction in Baton and OC Pepper Spray Certification, Force Science Realistic De-Escalation, First Amendment Auditor Awareness, and Emergency Preparedness for our Safety Officers.

Brian’s leadership, experience, and commitment to professional development ultimately led to his current role as Director of Security & Life Safety.

Outside of work, Brian enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time in the great outdoors.
