Under the daily direction of the Manager of Telecommunication and System Administrator, this position will provide technical support to the employees of the Public Building Authority (PBA).

- Support PC hardware components, desk operating systems software and application software.
- Provides support for organizational provided smartphones.
- Provides support with configuring new PC’s with the appropriate software applications and updates as needed.
- Provides support with deploying the new PC’s and the migration of any user files as needed.
- Provides support with network troubleshooting.
- Monitors the IS Helpdesk support requests providing end user support in various levels of technical and non-technical issues.
- Assists in maintaining and documenting the IS Department’s hardware and surplus inventories.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar field required and two (2) plus years related experience with similar duties is required.
- Personal computer and related peripherals.
- Windows Operating or networked computer environment.
- Microsoft Office 2013 or higher version of MS Office with an emphasis on Excel, Word and Outlook applications.
- Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
