Kristin Lee Grove

Director of Property Development
After more than 17 years in the architecture and interior design field, including her tenure as a partner at Johnson Architecture, Inc., Kristin joined the Public Building Authority of Knox County and the City of Knoxville. For the past decade, she has served as the Director of Property Development, overseeing construction projects for both City and County governments and managing the daily operations of the Property Development Department.

Kristin is deeply committed to serving the Knoxville community. She has generously volunteered her time on numerous local boards and organizations, contributing her expertise and leadership throughout the region. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys spending time in her pottery studio, stewarding a Little Free Library, and caring for animals—reflecting her creativity, curiosity, and compassion.

Her extensive experience, dedication to public service, and long-standing investment in the Knoxville area continue to make a meaningful and lasting impact across the community.
